We have an issue with a damaged company file (due to it being WAY too big most likely) and we have tried SEVERAL times to rebuild using the data rebuild tool in QB, but it ALWAYS fails to complete. We have called QB support and they have no other solution aside from “rebuild the data.” But what do we do if that does not work? QB Support has no answer for us other than “consult a 3rd party” but we have been unable to find a knowledgeable LOCAL live human being third party to come do this for us in our office.
